At North American Deck & Patio, we make it easy for you to get the outdoor space you really want. We work with every customer one on one to come up with the design that agrees with your budget and meets your family’s needs. Below is the outline of our process to help you understand the workflow.

Free Consultation

To get started with your outdoor project, call us for a free consultation. Let’s meet and talk about what you are planning to build, how big it is going to be, which materials you want to use, and other fun details. This information will help us understand how we can best help you. And you will get to know us, our approach to design and planning, as well as the level of our customer service.

Estimate

Once we establish that we could be a good match for each other’s needs, let’s get to the estimates. One of our estimators will come by your place to take some measurements, evaluate grade, take notice of any potential challenges and talk details. As we gather more information, we can provide you with an estimate of the total cost and time needed to build your outdoor oasis. Keep in mind that spring and summer are our busiest seasons. If you need your deck or patio to be built ASAP and don’t want to get on our waiting list, reach out to us early in the season.

Contract

After we settle on the budget, let’s get that contract signed. The contract will outline every important detail about our agreement, as well as establish timelines and deliverables.

Construction

Construction process will be different depending on what we are building. A patio may require some major excavation, while a pergola can be built separately and then moved to your desired location. In any case, we will keep things as clean and organized as possible during this process. Our team will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

Final Walk-Through

The final walk-through is a proud moment for us and a happy moment for you. We will show you everything we’ve done, and you will immediately start planning your first outdoor party to show off your new space to friends and neighbors. If any of the materials we used require any sort of maintenance, we’ll be sure to mention it so that you can take proper care of them.
